Policy
Bears with Grace offers a full or partial refund in the following circumstances:
- Refund is requested within 30 days of purchase
- A request for refund is submitted via email and is agreed to by all parties
- Bears with Grace fails to produce or deliver its goods within the requested or agreed to timeframe
Examples of a partial refund is:
- A customer has paid for shipping but has decided to collect the order and has requested the shipping cost be refunded.
- A customer has originally ordered a tie or blazer accessory and has been unable to supply the garments. Providing the original bear uniform has been supplied we would refund the cost of the accessory.
Bears with Grace reserves the right to refuse a refund if:
- Request is made more than 30 days after the purchase date
- Customer fails to provide the required uniforms to produce the product
- Customer fails to provide uniform prior to 30 days from requested date of supply
- An order is lost or gone missing during delivery by a 3rd Party Shipping Agent
All outcomes for refund will be decided after consideration of individual circumstances.
Procedure
Once a refund has been approved, Bears with Grace will contact the customer via email to request banking details for Direct Deposit of the refunded amount. Once received, Bears with Grace will process the transaction within 7 days and notify the customer that the refund transaction has been completed.8
